RGB/Event signal fusion framework for multi-degraded underwater image enhancement
Underwater images often suffer from various degradations, such as color distortion, reduced visibility, and uneven illumination, caused by light absorption, scattering, and artificial lighting.

This protocol paper outlines methods to establish the success of a time‐resolved serial crystallographic experiment, by means of statistical analysis of timepoint data in reciprocal space and models in real space. We show how to amplify the signal from excited states to visualise structural changes in successful experiments.

Reconstructing the Colors of Underwater Images Based on the Color Mapping Strategy
Underwater imagery plays a vital role in ocean development and conservation efforts. However, underwater images often suffer from chromatic aberration and low contrast due to the attenuation and scattering of visible light in the complex medium of water.

Screening and epitope characterization of Nidogen‐2‐specific nanobodies
Camel immunization and phage display were employed to generate high‐affinity VHH nanobodies against Nidogen‐2. After library construction, biopanning, ELISA screening, sequencing, and recombinant expression, selected nanobodies were purified and characterized, leading to the preliminary exploration of a nanobody‐based sandwich ELISA for specific ...

Activation of the mitochondrial protein OXR1 increases pSyn129 αSynuclein aggregation by lowering ATP levels and altering mitochondrial membrane potential, particularly in response to MSA‐derived fibrils. In contrast, ablation of the ER protein EMC4 enhances autophagic flux and lysosomal clearance, broadly reducing α‐synuclein aggregates.

Multi-Color Channel Gamma Correction in Fringe Projection Profilometry
Three-dimensional shape measurement plays an important role in various fields. As a way of three-dimensional measurement, fringe projection profilometry (FPP) is widely used because of its non-contact, simple structure, and high stability. One of the key

Long‐Term Follow‐Up of Chemotherapy‐Associated Biological Aging in Women With Early Breast Cancer
Women threated with adjuvant chemotherapy for early breast cancer have sustained long‐term increase in p16INK4a,, a robust marker of cell senescence, suggesting a chemotherapy‐associated age acceleration. p16INK4a as well as other biomarkers may identify patients at greatest risk for senescence‐related diseases of aging.

Inhibition of Classical and Alternative Complement Pathway by Ravulizumab and Eculizumab
ABSTRACT Objective To explore the feasibility of classical (CH50) and alternative (AH50) complement pathway activity as potential biomarkers for treatment guidance and monitoring during therapy with ravulizumab in patients with generalized myasthenia gravis (gMG) and compare these to therapeutic drug monitoring under eculizumab.
