A COLORING ALGORITHM FOR IMAGE CLASSIFICATION [PDF]
In this paper we present a pixel coloring algorithm, to be considered as a tool in fuzzy classification. Such an algorithm is based upon a sequential application of a divisive binary procedure on a fuzzy graph associated to the image to be classified, taking into account surrounding pixels.

The article discusses one of the latest ways to colorize a black and white image using deep learning methods. For colorization, a convolutional neural network with a large number of layers (Deep convolutional) is used, the architecture of which includes a ResNet model. This model was pre-trained on images of the ImageNet dataset.

A Color Image Encryption Using Dynamic DNA and 4-D Memristive Hyper-Chaos
In this paper, a color image encryption is proposed based on the dynamic DNA and the 4-D memristive hyper-chaos. First, chaotic matrices are generated from the 4-D memristive hyper-chaos by using the plain image, the salt key, and control parameters ...

A NEW DENOISING APPROACH FOR THE REMOVAL OF IMPULSE NOISE FROM COLOR IMAGES AND VIDEO SEQUENCES
In this paper a novel Lone Diagonal Sorting (LDS) algorithm for denoising color images and videos co-rrupted with salt and pepper noise is proposed. The proposed lone diagonal sorting algorithm uses diagonal sorting alone for denoising of impulse noise ...

Three-dimensional mapping by direct estimation of small motion using range and color images
In this paper, a high-speed three-dimensional map generation method using direct estimation of the motion parameters of the sensor is proposed. The method aligns range images between frames after estimating the motion parameters of the sensor using two ...

Fast Color Space Transformations Using Minimax Approximations [PDF]
Color space transformations are frequently used in image processing, graphics, and visualization applications. In many cases, these transformations are complex nonlinear functions, which prohibits their use in time-critical applications.
