Clinical trials on PARP inhibitors in urothelial carcinoma (UC) showed limited efficacy and a lack of predictive biomarkers. We propose SLFN5, SLFN11, and OAS1 as UC‐specific response predictors. We suggest Talazoparib as the better PARP inhibitor for UC than Olaparib.

A Fast Slicing Method for Colored Models Based on Colored Triangular Prism and OpenGL
Colored 3D printing, as one of the crucial directions in 3D printing technology, has been widely applied in various fields in recent years. Compared to traditional 3D printing, colored 3D printing introduces color information to achieve multi-material ...

Separating color from color contrast
Visual objects can be described by their color and by their color contrast. For example, a red disk in front of a white background appears "red with high color contrast," whereas a red disk in front of a slightly less-saturated red background will appear "red with low color contrast." This paper examines the visual response to color contrast in a cone ...

Between coloring and list-coloring: μ-coloring
A new variation of the coloring problem, μ-coloring, is defined in this paper. A coloring of a graph G = (V,E) is a function f : V → N such that f(v) 6= f(w) if v is adjacent to w. Given a graph G = (V,E) and a function μ : V → N, G is μ-colorable if it admits a coloring f with f(v) ≤ μ(v) for each v ∈ V .

Effect of chemotherapy on passenger mutations in metastatic colorectal cancer
Changes in passenger mutation load and predicted immunotherapy response after chemotherapy treatment. Tumor cells rich with passenger mutations have increased sensitivity to chemotherapy. Correlation of passenger mutations with neoantigen load suggests highly mutated clones promote a more effective response to immunotherapy, and therefore, first‐line ...

On Monochromatic Subgraphs of Edge-Colored Complete Graphs
In a red-blue coloring of a nonempty graph, every edge is colored red or blue. If the resulting edge-colored graph contains a nonempty subgraph G without isolated vertices every edge of which is colored the same, then G is said to be monochromatic.

Combining PTEN protein assessment and transcriptomic profiling of prostate tumors, we uncovered a network enriched in senescence and extracellular matrix (ECM) programs associated with PTEN loss and conserved in a mouse model. We show that PTEN‐deficient cells trigger paracrine remodeling of the surrounding stroma and this information could help ...

Origin of Light-Colored Nephrite Relative to Green Nephrite in Ospa, Russia
In serpentinite-related green nephrite, light-colored nephrite commonly occurs as veins or interlayers at nearly every nephrite locality. However, its characteristics have been poorly understood.

Monitoring circulating tumor DNA (ctDNA) in patients with operable breast cancer can reveal disease relapse earlier than radiology in a subset of patients. The failure to detect ctDNA in some patients with recurrent disease suggests that ctDNA could serve as a supplement to other monitoring approaches.
