Magneto and ferroelectric phase transitions in HoMn2O5 monocrystals
From the physical point of view multiferroics present an extremely interesting class of systems and problems. These are essentially of two kinds. One is what are the microscopic conditions, and sometimes constrains, which determine the possibility to ...

In this work, we report room temperature ferromagnetic and colossal dielectric behavior in delafossite oxides of CuB1-x(Cr1/2Fe1/2)xO2 with x = 0.01 and 0.03. All samples were synthesized by the solid-state reaction method.

The new mechanisms of dielectric relaxations previously proposed for polycrystalline CaCu3Ti4O12 (CCTO), modeled by the super-linear power law and extended power law concerning the AC conductivity spectra, are presented on the basis of the cluster model ...

Sn-doped CaCu3Ti4O12 (CCTO) ceramics were synthesized by a sol–gel polymerization route using tin (II) acetate and low-temperature sintering (1015–1020 °C) to overcome the long-standing trade-off between colossal permittivity and dielectric loss (tan δ).

Giant dielectric response and humidity sensing properties of Na1/2Bi1/2Cu3Ti4+xO12 ceramics
In this study, the influence of excess Ti content on the dielectric behavior and humidity sensing capability of Na1/2Bi1/2Cu3Ti4+xO12 ceramics (x = 0, 0.1, and 0.2) was investigated.

In this study, (Zr0.5/Sb0.5)xTi1−xO2 ceramics with x = 0.01, 0.025, and 0.05 were prepared via the solid-state reaction (SSR) method. A pure phase of rutile TiO2 with a highly dense microstructure and relative density (ρr) higher than 96% was detected in
