Emergent Freestanding Complex Oxide Membranes for Multifunctional Applications
This review surveys freestanding oxide membranes and covers fabrication and three pathways for studies and devices: strain‐free and strained membranes, and van der Waals‐integrated heterostructures. We show how coupled oxide responses map onto these routes and cross‐couple to expand behaviors.

Magnetoelectric Effect driven by Magnetic Domain Modification in LuFe2O4
Magneto-capacitance effect was investigated using the impedance spectroscopy on single crystals of LuFe2O4. The intrinsic impedance response could be separated from the interfacial response and showed a clear hysteresis loop below TFerri ~ 240 K under ...

Condensation of the atomic relaxation vibrations in lead-magnesium-niobate at $T=T^*$
We present neutron diffraction, dielectric permittivity and photoconductivity measurements, evidencing that lead-magnesium niobate experiences a diffuse phase transformation between the spherical glass and quadrupole glass phases, in the temperature ...

Metal–Organic Framework‐Based Materials for Dielectric Energy Storage
This review explores the structural design of metal–organic frameworks (MOFs) for high‐performance dielectric energy storage applications. By analyzing systems from homogeneous and heterogeneous to stimuli‐responsive and conductive, it fundamentally connects diverse framework topologies to core polarization and charge dynamics.

Colossal permittivity with ultra-wide temperature stability in Bi + Ca co-doped BaTiO3
The poor temperature stability of the BaTiO3 ceramic has always been the main problem limiting their application. This situation has been improved but sacrifices the intrinsic polarization, which significantly reduces the dielectric constant.

Abstract Polaritons are quantum mechanical superpositions of photon states with elementary excitations in molecules and solids. The light–matter admixture causes a characteristic frequency‐momentum dispersion shared by all polaritons irrespective of the microscopic nature of material excitations that could entail charge, spin, lattice or orbital ...

Electric Field Induced Collapse of Charge-Ordered Phase in Manganites [PDF]
The colossal electroresistance in manganites is a concomitant of the electric field induced insulator-to-metal phase transition. A phenomenological phase transition model is proposed to study this electric field induced collapse of charge-ordered phase ...
