A synthetic benzoxazine dimer derivative targets c‐Myc to inhibit colorectal cancer progression
Benzoxazine dimer derivatives bind to the bHLH‐LZ region of c‐Myc, disrupting c‐Myc/MAX complexes, which are evaluated from SAR analysis. This increases ubiquitination and reduces cellular c‐Myc. Impairing DNA repair mechanisms is shown through proteomic analysis.

Colour Reconnection in W Decays [PDF]
The studies of colour reconnection in e+e- -> WW -> 4 jets events at LEP are reviewed. It is shown that the analysis of the particle- and energy flow between jets is sensitive to realistic model predictions.

Six‐Colour HyBeacon Probes for Multiplex Genetic Analysis
A combination of six HyBeacon probes has been used in multiplex genetic analysis to analyse mutations in the CFTR gene of PCR-amplified human DNA. Multicolour HyBeacons of this type have great potential in human genetic screening and point-of-care diagnosis. © 2010 WILEY-VCH Verlag GmbH and Co. KGaA, Weinheim.

Aggressive prostate cancer is associated with pericyte dysfunction
Tumor‐produced TGF‐β drives pericyte dysfunction in prostate cancer. This dysfunction is characterized by downregulation of some canonical pericyte markers (i.e., DES, CSPG4, and ACTA2) while maintaining the expression of others (i.e., PDGFRB, NOTCH3, and RGS5).

Colour, clothing, and the concept of ‘green’: Colour trend analysis and professionals’ perspectives
<p>Increasingly, many fashion companies and organizations have introduced slogans such as ‘green is the new black’ and ‘get hip, get green’ to raise ‘green’ awareness as well as to build corporate image. This study was designed to explore industry opinion on what colour(s) is/are more likely associated with the notion of ‘green.’ In order to gain
