Bioabsorbable Endovascular Adhesive Tape (BEAT) for Improving Vascular Regeneration
A bioabsorbable endovascular adhesive tape (BEAT) platform based on a hierarchical polyelectrolyte complex is developed to enhance drug delivery in the DCB system. The coating enables rapid transfer to the vessel, provides short‐term mechanical support, and promotes both immediate transfer and long‐term retention of drugs at the lesion site.

Cosmic evolution of the CIV in high-resolution hydrodynamic simulations [PDF]
We investigate the properties of triply ionized Carbon (CIV) in the Intergalactic Medium using a set of high-resolution and large box-size cosmological hydrodynamic simulations of a $\Lambda$CDM model.

Colour Doppler imaging in Takayasu's arteritis [PDF]
Editor,—Takayasu’s arteritis (TA) is a systemic necrotising vasculitis of unknown aetiology whose characteristic ocular manifestations relate to ocular ischaemia. Orbital colour Doppler imaging (CDI) is useful to evaluate haemodynamics of the orbital circulation and its abnormalities.1 We report the ophthalmic artery blood flow in two patients with TA ...

A bioinstructive injectable hydrogel enables sustained release of stromal cell–derived factor‐1 alpha (SDF‐1α) and stable retention of laminin through ionic and hydrophobic interactions. This dual‐signaling matrix promotes endogenous stem cell recruitment and training, supports angiogenesis, and enhances intrinsic regenerative processes in ischemic ...

Magnetic Reconnection resulting from Flux Emergence: Implications for Jet Formation in the lower solar atmosphere? [PDF]
We aim at investigating the formation of jet-like features in the lower solar atmosphere, e.g. chromosphere and transition region, as a result of magnetic reconnection.

Machine learning models predict in real time the onset of harmful microbubble collapse during microbubble‐enhanced focused ultrasound (MB‐FUS) and enable dynamic adjustment of sonication to prevent cavitation‐induced damage. This predictive control expands the safe operating window for bloodbrain barrier opening, enhancing nanoparticle delivery and ...

Kinematics of massive star ejecta in the Milky Way as traced by $^26$Al [PDF]
Context. Massive stars form in groups and their winds and supernova explosions create superbubbles up to kpc in size. The fate of their ejecta is of vital importance for the dynamics of the interstellar medium, for chemical evolution models, and the ...

Three-dimensional echocardiography of colour Doppler flow
Three-dimensional echocardiography of colour Doppler flow developed quickly with the advent of three-dimensional echocardiography. An increasing amount of research has shown that three-dimensional echocardiography of colour Doppler flow is feasible and facilitates measurement of stroke volume and cardiac output, and assessment of heart valve and ...

Compared to untargeted therapy, the targeted nanocarrier, Angiopep‐2‐conjugated Lipid Nanoparticle (A‐LNP) loaded with TGN‐020 (TGN), selectively accumulated in stroke‐injured regions. It suppressed local aquaporin‐4 (AQP4) overexpression, thereby alleviating cerebral edema and hypoperfusion while preserving global glymphatic clearance.
