Multimodal treatment for local recurrent malignant gliomas: resurgery and/or reirradiation followed by chemotherapy [PDF]
The therapeutic management of recurrent malignant gliomas (MGs) is not determined. Therefore, the efficacy of a multimodal approach and a combination systemic therapy was investigated.

New combination chemotherapy in refractory rhabdomyosarcoma of the prostate: a case report and review of the literature [PDF]
A rare case of prostatic rhabdomyosarcoma in a 3-year-old child is presented. He received a multimodal treatment of chemotherapy including vincristine, cyclophosphamide, actinomycin-D plus adriamycin, and linac irradiation followed by total prostatectomy

This review highlights recent advances in engineering artificial antigen‐presenting cells (aAPCs) as alternatives to dendritic cells for T cell expansion. Key design principles inspired by the immunological synapse are discussed, with emphasis on strategies for polyclonal and antigen‐specific T cell expansion.

Versatile Cell Penetrating Peptide for Multimodal CRISPR Gene Editing in Primary Stem Cells
CRISPR machinery in diverse molecular formats (DNA, RNA, and ribonucleic protein) is complexed into nanoparticles with the cell‐friendly arginine‐alanine‐leucine‐alanine (RALA) cell‐penetrating peptide. Nanoparticles are delivered to primary mesenchymal stem cells ex vivo or locally in vivo to facilitate multimodal CRISPR gene editing. This RALA‐CRISPR

Plasma‐Treated Hydrogel for Combined RONS and Chemotherapy Delivery: A Proof‐of‐Concept In Ovo
This study explores plasma‐treated hydrogels (PTH) as a new way to deliver both reactive oxygen and nitrogen species and chemotherapy (Doxorubicin) directly to tumors. In ovo tests show effects after a single dose, especially in osteosarcoma tumors. Tumor weight decrease, and a resistance‐related protein is reduced.
