Improving the Nutritional Quality of Instant Noodles Made From Wheat Flour Using Dry and Wet Fractionated Mungbean Protein Ingredients

open access: yesCereal Chemistry, Volume 102, Issue 3, Page 520-536, May/June 2025.
ABSTRACT Background and Objectives The nutritional quality of instant noodles can be improved using dry and wet fractionated mungbean protein ingredients. Wheat flour was blended with mungbean protein concentrate and protein isolate to produce high‐protein instant noodles of around 15%, 20%, and 25% protein.

CO2 Reduction on Liquid GaInSn‐Metal: Dynamics of the Electrode–Electrolyte Interface

open access: yesChemCatChem, Volume 17, Issue 7, April 4, 2025.
Our study highlights the critical role of water in the TBA‐PF6/DMF‐based electrolyte for CO2 electroreduction on liquid GaInSn electrodes. Water accelerates reaction pathways, forming CO and HCOOH, with Faraday efficiencies of 30% and 60%, respectively.

Numerical study of acoustic oscillations and combustion instabilities in solid propellant rocket [PDF]

open access: yes, 1997
A numerical analysis of unsteady motions in solid rocket motors has been conducted. A fully coupled implicit scheme based on a dual time-stepping integration algorithm has been adopted to solve the governing equations and associated boundary conditions.

In Situ X‐ray Absorption Spectroscopy to Study the Dehydrogenation and Decomposition Mechanisms of an Iridium Pincer Catalyst Exposed to Gaseous Isopropanol

open access: yesChemCatChem, EarlyView.
This study identifies the intermediary structures for dehydrogenation of iPrOH for hydrogen gas production, circumvention of catalyst poisoning, and heat degradation pathway of (POCOP)‐Ir pincer catalyst, using in situ X‐ray absorption spectroscopy. Abstract On‐site hydrogen gas production from hydrogen‐rich liquids offers a clean alternative to fossil
