An Ethnographic Perspective on Urban Planning in Brazil: Temporality, Diversity and Critical Urban Theory. [PDF]
Int J Urban Reg Res, 2020 Abstract This article provides an ethnographic perspective on urban planning by presenting the creative practices of marginalized slum residents in Recife, Northeast Brazil, who are affected by planners’ decisions. It argues that such a perspective contributes to current critical urban theory in three ways.

Fisheries in a border area of the Moxos Lowlands (Bolivia) after invasion of Arapaima gigas
Aquaculture, Fish and Fisheries, Volume 3, Issue 2, Page 196-210, April 2023., 2023 We characterized fisheries in the area of the port city of Riberalta (upper Madeira River basin) and evaluated the contribution of an invasive species (Arapaima gigas) to the landings.
