CYTOLOGIA, 1991 A study of meiosis in the PMC's of five populations of C. diffusa (2n=2x=30) belonging to three sub-species, diffusa diffusa, diffusa aquatica and diffusa montana, revealed varying degrees of chromosomal associations suggesting the presence of interchange complexes in these populations.
