Multifunctional atomic layer deposited coatings and interface treatments enhance direct solar water splitting on GaAs/GaInP tandem cells. Micropatterned biphasic printed electrodes achieve unprecedented skin conformity and low impedance by combining liquid‐metal droplets with microstructured 3D lattices.
