The GPX3‐VCAM1 Axis Gates Pro‐Fibrotic Tubule Cell Fate in Hyperuricemic Nephropathy

Hyperuricemia induces NLRP3 inflammasome signaling activation and downregulation of GPX3 in proximal tubular epithelial cells, leading to oxidative stress–driven VCAM1 upregulation, emergence of pro‐fibrotic proximal tubule cells, macrophage recruitment, and renal fibrosis.

Collagen‐Binding IL‐15 Immunocytokine Armed Oncolytic Adenovirus Establishes a Self‐Reinforcing Immunostimulatory Milieu to Potentiate Antitumor Immunity

Repurposing the dense tumor stroma from a physical barrier into an anchoring scaffold, an engineered oncolytic adenovirus encoding IL15C‐CBD overcomes the immunosuppressive microenvironment in triple‐negative breast cancer. Intratumoral viral replication secretes this collagen‐anchored immunocytokine, forming a localized cytokine depot.

The MST‐SAV1 complex modulates FKBP52 phosphorylation to fine‐tune PR activity, ensuring timely uterine transition to receptivity under estrogen signaling for implantation. Stromal SAV1 scaffolds MST1/2‐mediated FKBP52 phosphorylation via noncanonical Hippo to promote PR activity.
