Phishing and E-commerce: An Information Security Management Problem [PDF]

open access: yesJournal of Defense Resources Management, 2016
Phishing and E -commerce have at least two things in common - cyberspace and money, and the intersection of the two is often built around services and products offered by banking institutions and investment trusts.

Marketing of a commercial bank as a tool to ensure food security in the economic system of the state

open access: yesВестник Северо-Кавказского федерального университета, 2022
The article discusses the importance of the marketing activities of a commercial bank for ensuring the country's food security. In modern conditions of changing geopolitical situation, ensuring the country's food security is one of the key aspects of the

Diversity and complexity in neural organoids

open access: yesFEBS Letters, EarlyView.
Neural organoid research aims to expand genetic diversity on one side and increase tissue complexity on the other. Chimeroids integrate multiple donor genomes within single organoids. Self‐organising multi‐identity organoids, exogenous cell seeding, or enforced assembly of region‐specific organoids contribute to tissue complexity.

ZW4864‐mediated inhibition of the β‐catenin/BCL9/BCL9L complex reveals therapeutic potential in bladder cancer

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
BCL9 and BCL9L drive bladder cancer progression by enhancing β‐catenin signaling, promoting proliferation, migration, invasion, and organoid growth. Genetic depletion of BCL9(L) suppresses malignant phenotypes, while pharmacological disruption of the β‐catenin/BCL9(L) complex with ZW4864 inhibits canonical Wnt signaling and tumor‐associated cellular ...

Suppression of lung adenocarcinoma migration through organelle alkalization by human lactoferrin – albumin fusion

open access: yesFEBS Open Bio, EarlyView.
This paper reveals how human lactoferrin–albumin fusion (hLF‐HSA) potently suppresses lung adenocarcinoma cell migration. hLF‐HSA upregulates NHE7, leading to Golgi alkalization, disruption of the Golgi secretome, downregulation of MMP1, and reversal of EMT. These findings suggest a novel Golgi‐targeting strategy to suppress cancer cell migration.

Formwork material selection and optimization by a comprehensive integrated subjective–objective criteria weighting MCDM model

open access: yesDiscover Materials
Formwork systems account for a considerable cost of a structure because of its labor-intensive nature that needs selection and optimization through an efficient MCDM model.

FinTableFormer: A Hierarchical Transformer Framework for Financial Document Table Reconstruction With Domain-Specific Structural Priors

open access: yesIEEE Access
Financial institutions routinely process complex tabular documents, yet general-purpose table recognition systems underperform on financial statements due to domain-specific structures like hierarchical headers and cross-page continuations.

Molecular dynamics simulations of positively selected codons in FcγRI reveal novel biochemical binding properties

open access: yesFEBS Open Bio, EarlyView.
Evolutionary analysis across 32 placental mammals identified positive selection at residues H148 and W149 in the immune receptor FcγR1. Ancestral reconstruction combined with molecular dynamics simulations reveals how these mutations may influence receptor structure and dynamics, providing insight into the evolution of antibody recognition and immune ...

Optimizing photoexcitation conditions for time‐resolved X‐ray solution scattering experiments

open access: yesFEBS Open Bio, EarlyView.
Time‐resolved X‐ray solution scattering (TR‐XSS) is a powerful technique to visualize how proteins change their structure in real time after light activation. Selecting the right laser photoexcitation conditions—fluence, excitation geometry, and sample refresh rate—is critical to maximize the experimental signal while avoiding unwanted side effects ...

Anorectal Dysfunction in Systemic Sclerosis: Clinical Phenotypes and Functional Patterns

open access: yesArthritis Care &Research, EarlyView.
Objective The aim of this study was to characterize specific physiologic defects in anorectal dysfunction in systemic sclerosis (SSc) using anorectal manometry (ARM), evaluate associations with gastrointestinal (GI) and extraintestinal clinical phenotypes, and explore potential serologic markers for risk stratification.
