On the determination of a commercial fishery production model
Ecological Modelling, 1977Abstract A production model for the exploitation of demersal resources in the Gulf of Venezuela is presented. Available data of annual catch and effort are used to obtain parameter estimates for the model. The implications of this analysis for the rational management of the fishery are also briefly discussed.

Consumption Externalities in a Commercial Fishery: the Queensland Beam Trawl Fishery
Economic Record, 2000Demand and contingent valuation models are used to analyze survey data obtained from a sample of recreational boat and shore fishers in southern Queensland. The value of the recreational fishery to the average fisher in the sample and the value of marginal increases in catches of target species are estimated.
