A 0.3 V, Rail-to-Rail, Ultralow-Power, Non-Tailed, Body-Driven, Sub-Threshold Amplifier

open access: yesApplied Sciences, 2021
A novel, inverter-based, fully differential, body-driven, rail-to-rail, input stage topology is proposed in this paper. The input stage exploits a replica bias control loop to set the common mode current and a common mode feed-forward strategy to set its

±0.15 V three‐stage bulk‐driven AB OTA with 36 MHzpF/µW and 55(V/µs)pF/µW small and large‐signal figures of merit

open access: yesElectronics Letters, Volume 59, Issue 20, October 2023., 2023
A three‐stage rail‐to‐rail bulk‐driven class AB OTA that operates with ±0.15 V supplies and a power dissipation of 90 nW is introduced. The first two stages use resistive local common mode feedback. It uses phase lead compensation to achieve a 60o phase margin.

Fundamentals of Skin Bioimpedances

open access: yesAdvanced Materials, Volume 35, Issue 33, August 17, 2023., 2023
The multilayer structure of skin and the electrically insulating nature of the stratum corneum, which is the outermost layer of skin, complicate the electrical characterization of skin. In this work, the theoretical framework and the design strategies for overcoming these long‐standing issues are established.
