Effects of Long‐Term Exposure to the Earned Income Tax Credit on Work Disability in Later Life

open access: yesHealth Economics, Volume 35, Issue 3, Page 495-521, March 2026.
ABSTRACT This study investigates the impact of the Earned Income Tax Credit (EITC) on work disability and Social Security Disability Insurance (DI) claims among Americans. Utilizing the Panel Study of Income Dynamics, we examine the effects of EITC exposure from birth to mid‐adulthood on work disability risk before retirement. Our analysis reveals that

Development of a Live‐Cell Imaging Assay to Elucidate Spatiotemporal Dynamics of Extracellular Vesicle Fusion with Target Cells

open access: yesJournal of Extracellular Vesicles, Volume 15, Issue 3, March 2026.
We present a novel live‐cell imaging assay for detection of extracellular vesicle (EV)‐binding, ‐uptake, and ‐fusion in time and space. Using EVs carrying the fusogen VSV‐G, we demonstrate real‐time imaging of EV‐fusion, quantification of fusion kinetics and efficiency, and subcellular localization of fusion events.

Selected Ion Flow‐Tube Mass Spectrometry (SIFT‐MS) of Mo(CO)6 and W(CO)6 Vapours With Positive and Negative Reagent Ions

open access: yesJournal of Mass Spectrometry, Volume 61, Issue 3, March 2026.
ABSTRACT Selected ion flow‐tube mass spectrometry (SIFT‐MS) was used to characterise the gas‐phase ion–molecule reactions of the eight standard reagent ions H3O+, NO+, O2+˙, OH−, O−˙, O2−˙, NO2− and NO3− with molybdenum and tungsten hexacarbonyls, Mo(CO)6 and W(CO)6.

Human Cyclophilins—An Emerging Class of Drug Targets

open access: yesMedicinal Research Reviews, Volume 46, Issue 2, Page 475-512, March 2026.
ABSTRACT Cyclophilins are a family of enzymes with peptidyl‐prolyl isomerase activity found in all cells of all organisms. To date, 17 cyclophilin isoforms have been identified in the human body, participating in diverse biological processes. Consequently, cyclophilins have emerged as promising targets for drug development to address a wide array of ...

Effectiveness of Pleasure Perception Training Group Therapy on Adolescents With Depression and Analysis of Factors Associated With Non‐Suicidal Self‐Injurious Behaviors

open access: yesInternational Journal of Methods in Psychiatric Research, Volume 35, Issue 1, March 2026.
ABSTRACT Objective This study is designed to explore the effectiveness of pleasure perception training group (PPTG) therapy on adolescents with depression and the factors that influence the presence of non‐suicidal self‐injurious behavior (NSSI). Methods A hundred and twenty adolescent depression patients were randomly assigned to either a control ...
