An implementation of an eye-blink-based communication aid for people with severe disabilities

This paper presents an implementation of a low-cost vision-based computer interface which allows people with severe disabilities to use eye blinks to access computers and communicate with other persons. Our communication aid requires only one low-cost Web camera and a personal computer.
