Nanoamphizymes: Self‐Assembled Amphiphilic Enzymatic Nanomaterials for High‐Performance Biocatalysis and Biosensing

open access: yesAdvanced Functional Materials, EarlyView.
An amphiphilic GOx nanoamphizyme was constructed by covalently introducing hydrophobic PPNI linkers onto GOx, enabling spontaneous self‐assembly into tunable nanoparticles. Mild crosslinking further stabilized the assemblies and enhanced catalytic performance and stability.

A scientific commons for AI: community governance as the missing layer in global science

open access: yes
Foundation models are being absorbed into scientific workflows faster than the governance tools available to scrutinize them. Regulation, open-weight releases, transparency audits, public procurement standards, hybrid public-academic compute, and national sovereign-compute programmes each address part of the problem. None, however, reaches the upstream

Single‐Cell Resolution Mapping of Osteoarthritis‐Associated Chondrocyte Dynamics Using a High‐Density CMOS MEA Platform

open access: yesAdvanced Healthcare Materials, EarlyView.
Single‐cell and spatially resolved impedance mapping using a high‐density CMOS‐MEA platform enables non‐invasive monitoring of osteoarthritis‐associated chondrocyte dynamics. Continuous label‐free measurements reveal heterogeneous remodeling behaviors, including proliferation, migration, and phenotypic transitions, establishing a powerful approach for ...

Microfluidic Nano‐Assembly of Red‐Blood‐Cell (RBC) Lipids and Components for Engineering Extracellular Vesicles

open access: yesAdvanced Healthcare Materials, EarlyView.
Engineered red blood cell‐derived extracellular vesicles (eRBCEVs) are synthesized via controlled microfluidic assembly from native RBC lipids, enabling tunable encapsulation of proteins, nucleic acids, nanoparticles, and viral vectors. The platform demonstrates reproducible nanoscale architecture, preserved membrane composition, and functional cargo ...
