We establish a tBid‐mediated cell ablation system in axolotls, achieve rapid and efficient ablation of multiple cell types, including muscle stem cell, spinal cord cell, and connective tissue (CT) cells. We investigate the role of CT using tBid‐mediated CT ablation and identify its essential role for limb development and regeneration.

Optimization of SWCNT‐FET Biosensors by Aptamer Engineering and Toehold‐Mediated Strand Displacement
Aptamer‐based single‐walled carbon nanotube (SWCNT) field‐effect transistor (FET) biosensors are developed for label‐free, real‐time biomarker detection. Truncated DNA aptamers enhance sensitivity through improved conformational switching. A toehold‐mediated strand displacement (TMSD) strategy optimizes functionalization and simplifies fabrication. The

Biological rhythms coordinate physiology, from genes to behavior. Study of circadian rhythms in brain tissue is constrained by limited throughput and spatial and temporal information quality. A new platform for high‐throughput, long‐term multiplexed fluorescent live imaging of circadian rhythms in brain slices is introduced.
