Land Reform under Communist Regimes

Abstract The land reforms in each of Russia, China, Vietnam, and Cuba occurred after revolutions unseated the traditional ruling group. Vietnam had previously been governed by France and, in Cuba, the US had a major influence. All were highly agricultural at the time of their reforms, except for Cuba.
