Clinical features included pyrexia, kwashiorkor, extensive ulcerating skin lesions suggestive of ecthyma gangrenosum, hepatomegaly, meningismus, neutropenia and iron deficiency anaemia. Blood and skin aspirate cultures yielded a positive growth
