ChemistryOpen, EarlyView.This research successfully reduces the ammonia emission by 45% and achieves good quality compost using additives (lactic acid or acetic acid) and bulking agents (mature compost or sawdust). The study supports Sustainable Development Goals 12 and 13 by promoting waste‐to‐resource option.

People and Nature, EarlyView.Abstract Our paper highlights the limitations of the framework used by many conservation‐focused programmes that incorporate food security objectives. This framework encourages the substitution of wild proteins with domestic proteins by promoting animal farming in communities located near conservation areas.
