Community programs in genetics.

JAMA, 1967
A survey of community genetics programs in 1966 showed that 15 states had such programs in their state health departments. A composite listing is presented of genetics services which are currently being provided to communities by these programs. As new knowledge about genetics is accumulated, health workers of all types will need training in this field.
