Bouvier's conjecture [PDF]

open access: yesCommutative Algebra and its Applications, pages 79-88, 2009, 2008
This paper deals with Bouvier's conjecture which sustains that finite-dimensional non-Noetherian Krull domains need not be ...

On the $h$-vector of ($S_r$) simplicial complexes [PDF]

open access: yesarXiv, 2017
We give a negative answer to a question proposed in [3], regarding the $h$-vector of ($S_r$) simplicial complexes.

Normalisation of a Poisson algebra is Poisson [PDF]

open access: yesarXiv, 2003
We prove that the integral closure of a Poisson algebra $A$ over a field of characteristic 0 is again a Poisson algebra.

The commutator algebra of a nilpotent matrix and an application to the theory of commutative Artinian algebras [PDF]

open access: yesJournal of Algebra 319 (2008) 2545-2570, 2012
We show a number of properties of the commutator algebra of a nilpotent matrix over a field. In particular we determine the simple modules of the commutator algebra. Then the results are applied to prove that certain Artinian complete intersections have the strong Lefscehtz property.

Connection between commutative algebra and topology [PDF]

open access: yesarXiv, 2015
The main aim of this paper to show how commutative algebra is connected to topology. We give underlying topological idea of some results on completable unimodular rows.

Eisenstein's Irreducibility Criterion for Polynomials over Semirings

open access: yes, 2018
In this short note, we generalize Eisenstein's irreducibility criterion for semirings.Comment: A small typo ...
