Rational points on even‐dimensional Fermat cubics
Abstract We show that even‐dimensional Fermat cubic hypersurfaces are rational over any field of characteristic not equal to three, by constructing explicit rational parameterizations with polynomials of low degree. As a byproduct of our rationality constructions, we obtain estimates for the number of their rational points over a number field and ...

The nuclear scissors mode within two approaches (Wigner function moments versus RPA)
Two complementary methods to describe the collective motion, RPA and Wigner function moments method, are compared on an example of a simple model - harmonic oscillator with quadrupole-quadrupole residual interaction.

Energy‐Associated Splitting Schemes for Closed Nonlinear Port‐Hamiltonian Systems
ABSTRACT We present splitting methods for port‐Hamiltonian (pH) systems, focusing on the preservation of their internal structure, in particular, the dissipation inequality. Classical high‐order splitting schemes possess negative step sizes, which might cause instabilities and the violation of the dissipation inequality.

We prove that the relative commutator with respect to a subvariety of a variety of Omega-groups introduced by the first author can be described in terms of categorical Galois theory. This extends the known correspondence between the Froehlich-Lue and the

Coulomb branch algebras via symplectic cohomology
Abstract Let (M¯,ω)$(\bar{M}, \omega)$ be a compact symplectic manifold with convex boundary and c1(TM¯)=0$c_1(T\bar{M})=0$. Suppose that (M¯,ω)$(\bar{M}, \omega)$ is equipped with a convex Hamiltonian G$G$‐action for some connected, compact Lie group G$G$.

Infinity‐operadic foundations for embedding calculus
Abstract Motivated by applications to spaces of embeddings and automorphisms of manifolds, we consider a tower of ∞$\infty$‐categories of truncated right modules over a unital ∞$\infty$‐operad O$\mathcal {O}$. We study monoidality and naturality properties of this tower, identify its layers, describe the difference between the towers as O$\mathcal {O}$

Interaction of Dirac δ$$ \delta $$‐Waves in the Inviscid Levine and Sleeman Chemotaxis Model
ABSTRACT This article investigates interactions of δ$$ \delta $$‐shock waves in the inviscid Levine and Sleeman chemotaxis model ut−λ(uv)x=0$$ {u}_t-\lambda {(uv)}_x=0 $$, vt−ux=0$$ {v}_t-{u}_x=0 $$. The analysis employs a distributional product and a solution concept that extends the classical solution concept.

Degree theory for 4‐dimensional asymptotically conical gradient expanding solitons
Abstract We develop a new degree theory for 4‐dimensional, asymptotically conical gradient expanding solitons. Our theory implies the existence of gradient expanding solitons that are asymptotic to any given cone over S3$S^3$ with non‐negative scalar curvature. We also obtain a similar existence result for cones whose link is diffeomorphic to S3/Γ$S^3/\

Measuring birational derived splinters
Abstract This work is concerned with categorical methods for studying singularities. Our focus is on birational derived splinters, which is a notion that extends the definition of rational singularities beyond varieties over fields of characteristic zero. Particularly, we show that an invariant called ‘level’ in the associated derived category measures
