Frames and Homogeneous Spaces [PDF]

open access: yesJournal of Sciences, Islamic Republic of Iran, 2011
Let be a locally compact non?abelian group and be a compact subgroup of also let be a ?invariant measure on the homogeneous space . In this article, we extend the linear operator as a bounded surjective linear operator for all ?spaces with .

Heterotropic regulation and negative homotropic cooperativity

open access: yesFEBS Open Bio, EarlyView.
We identified a structural module common to some proteins that couple negative cooperativity with heterotropic regulation, two features that rarely coexist. These proteins are ring‐like and present an ordered asymmetry whereby noncontacting subunits are symmetric, and their tertiary structure differs from that of contacting subunits.

Some Properties of Unbounded M-Weakly and Unbounded L-Weakly Compact Operators

open access: yesJournal of Mathematics, 2023
We introduce the class of unbounded M-weakly compact operators and the class of unbounded L-weakly compact operators. We investigate some properties for this new classification of operators, and we study the relation between them and M-weakly compact and

Chronobiology of Cancer: How Aging Fuels Oncogenesis at the Molecular Level

open access: yesAging and Cancer, EarlyView.
This graphical abstract illustrates the key biological pathways linking aging with cancer development and progression. In the upper left, cumulative exposure to ultraviolet radiation, toxins, and reactive oxygen species (ROS) causes DNA damage and genomic instability, whereas age‐related decline in repair mechanisms, such as ATM/ATR, BER, and NER ...

A new class of composition operators

open access: yesInternational Journal of Mathematics and Mathematical Sciences, 1987
A new class of composition operators Pϕ:H2(T)→H2(T), with ϕ:T→D¯ is introduced. Sufficient conditions on ϕ for Pϕ to be bounded and Hilbert-Schmidt are obtained.

Peripheral Neutrophil Activation and Extracellular Trap Formation in Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis

open access: yesAnnals of Clinical and Translational Neurology, EarlyView.
Markers of neutrophil activation are increased in plasma during ALS, and markers of NET formation associate with ALS survival. ABSTRACT Objectives Peripheral neutrophil levels in amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (ALS) inversely correlate with survival, suggesting a role for neutrophils in disease progression.

Convolution semigroups of states. [PDF]

open access: yes, 2011
Convolution semigroups of states on a quantum group form the natural noncommutative analogue of convolution semigroups of probability measures on a locally compact group.

Asymptotic behavior of the solution of a queueing system modeled by infinitely many partial differential equations with integral boundary conditions

open access: yesBoundary Value Problems, 2018
By studying the spectrum on the imaginary axis of the underlying operator, which corresponds to the M/G/1 retrial queueing model with general retrial times described by infinitely many partial differential equations with integral boundary conditions, we ...

Plasma EV Proteomics Identifies ECM Remodeling and Inflammatory Proteins LUM and C7 as Candidate Biomarkers in FSHD

open access: yesAnnals of Clinical and Translational Neurology, EarlyView.
ABSTRACT Objective Facioscapulohumeral muscular dystrophy (FSHD) is one of the most debilitating and common muscular dystrophies. Despite its severity, no approved therapy exists for FSHD patients. However, several therapeutic candidates are currently under development, and some have recently entered clinical trials, marking the need for reliable ...
