PFKFB4 Deubiquitination by USP10 Enhances Fumarate Metabolism to Orchestrate the KDM1A/Rad51 Axis and Confer Radioresistance in Lung Cancer

USP10 binds to and stabilizes PFKFB4, enhancing glycolytic ATP production, which activates the urea cycle and elevates fumarate. PEAR1 Promotes Glucose Metabolism Reprogramming in Sepsis‐Associated Acute Lung Injury via AARS1‐Mediated HIF‐1α Lactylation

This study revealed that a PEAR1/HIF‐1α/ glycolysis/lactate/H3K18la positive feedback loop in PMVECs that drives the development of S‐ALI. Mechanistically, PEAR1 mediates the binding of HIF‐1α to AARS1, leading to the lactylation of HIF‐1α, the primary lactylation site of which is K172.

WDR72 Promotes Neuroblastoma Stemness and Progression by Sequestering TRIM31‐Mediated Degradation of CBX8

This study unveiled that METTL14 mediates m6A modification of WDR72 mRNA to stabilize and enhance WDR72 expression, which disrupts TRIM31‐mediated ubiquitination of CBX8 protein and retards its degradation, finally the elevated CBX8 contributes to tumor stemness.
