Nonlinear elliptic equations with general growth in the gradient related to Gauss measure
In this article, we establish a comparison result through symmetrization for solutions to some problems with general growth in the gradient. This allows to get sharp estimates for the solutions, obtained by comparing them with solutions of simpler ...

Water Triple Point Comparison: Plateau averaging or Peak Value?
With a certain regularity, national metrology institutes conduct comparisons of water triple-point (WTP) cells. The WTP is the most important fixed point for the International Temperature Scale of 1990 (ITS-90).

Dietary Protein Intake and Peritoneal Protein Losses in Peritoneal Dialysis Patients
ABSTRACT Introduction Peritoneal dialysis (PD) patients lose protein in their waste dialysate, potentially increasing their risk for malnutrition. We wished to determine whether there was any association between losses and dietary protein intake (DPI). Methods DPI was assessed from 24‐h dietary recall using Nutrics software.

Comparison results for elliptic variational inequalities related to Gauss measure
In this article, we study linear elliptic variational inequalities that are defined on a possibly unbounded domain and whose ellipticity condition is given in terms of the density of Gauss measure. Using the notion of rearrangement with respect to the

ABSTRACT Introduction Pre‐dilution online hemodiafiltration (Pre‐HDF) is predominantly used in Japan, whereas post‐dilution online HDF (Post‐HDF) is more common in Europe. An asymmetric cellulose triacetate (ATA) membrane may improve biocompatibility.
