Effect of Compassion Fatigue, Compassion Satisfaction on Job Satisfaction in Long-term Care Hospitals Nurses

본 연구의 목적은 요양병원 간호사의 공감피로, 공감만족에 따른 직무만족에 미치는 영향을 파악하는데 있다. 연구대상은 각 1개 광역시와 1개 도 소재의 150병상 이상 300병상 이하의 20개 의료기관에 근무하는 간호사 총 261명이었으며. 자료수집은 2018년 6월 15일부터 30일까지였다. 자료분석은 SPSS 25.0 프로그램을 이용하여 기술통계, Pearson Correlation, t-test, ANOVA, 위계적 회귀분석을 실시하였다. 연구결과 첫째, 요양병원 간호사의 공감피로, 공감만족 정도는 보통 정도로 나타났으며, 둘째, 공감만족이 높을수록 직무만족도 유의하게 높았다.
