Top‐down organic pillaring expands the interlayer spacing of bulk‐sized MoS2 particles while preserving the bulk morphology. Operando X‐ray diffraction and electrochemical dilatometry show that MoS2‐bulk undergoes solvent co‐intercalation in diglyme electrolyte, causing large structural expansion, while pillared, expanded MoS2 suppresses solvent uptake

Bandgap‐engineered AlGaAs/GaAs heterostructures exhibit wavelength‐selective dual‐polarity photoelectrochemistry, switching from photocathodic to photoanodic response depending on excitation wavelength. The polarity transition is governed by band‐selective absorption, built‐in electric‐field‐driven carrier transport, and interfacial charge‐transfer ...

The ideal generated by $sigma$-nowhere dense sets
In this paper, we consider the ideal $mathscr I_sigma$ generated by all $sigma$-nowhere dense sets in a topological space. Properties of this ideal and its relations with the Volterra property are explored.

The Impact of Process Steps on Nearly Ideal Subthreshold Slope in 300-mm Compatible InGaZnO TFTs
While we demonstrate a back-gated (BG) amorphous Indium-Gallium-Zinc-Oxide (a-IGZO) transistors with a nearly ideal subthreshold slope (SS) ~ 60 mV/dec. However, SS degrades when a top-gated (TG) configuration is implemented. The energy distribution of traps inferred from temperature-dependent (T = 4 K - 300 K) and multi-frequency (f = 1 kHz - 100 kHz)

Interface Effects in Ultrathin Silicon on Insulator Films
This work establishes a systematic framework to discriminate how bulk and interface phenomena affect charge transport in ultrathin P‐doped silicon‐on‐insulator (SOI) films. For Si films below 15 nm, electrical characterization demonstrates that interface states drive charge transport, shifting the metal‐insulator transition (MIT) critical dopant ...
