Bridging the gap: Multi‐stakeholder perspectives of molecular diagnostics in oncology
Although molecular diagnostics is transforming cancer care, implementing novel technologies remains challenging. This study identifies unmet needs and technology requirements through a two‐step stakeholder involvement. Liquid biopsies for monitoring applications and predictive biomarker testing emerge as key unmet needs. Technology requirements vary by

A mouse model for vascular normalization and a human breast cancer cohort were studied to understand the relationship between vascular leakage and tumor immune suppression. For this, endothelial and immune cell RNAseq, staining for vascular function, and immune cell profiling were employed.

On mixed g-monotone and w-compatible mappings in ordered cone b-metric spaces
In this paper, we proved common coupled fixed point results for mixed g-monotone and w-compatible mappings in ordered cone b-metric spaces. Our results extend and generalize several well-known comparable results in literature.

We developed and validated a DNA methylation–based biomarker panel to distinguish pleural mesothelioma from other pleural conditions. Using the IMPRESS technology, we translated this panel into a clinically applicable assay. The resulting two classifier models demonstrated excellent performance, achieving high AUC values and strong diagnostic accuracy.

Some Common Best Proximity Point Results in Neutrosophic Complete Metric Spaces
In this research article, we prove the existence and uniqueness of common best proximity points for a given class of discontinuous mappings. For that, we have introduced the notions of neutrosophic proximally compatible mappings, neutrosophic proximally ...

Some Generalizations of Jungck's Fixed Point Theorem
We are going to generalize the Jungck's fixed point theorem for commuting mappings by mean of the concepts of altering distance functions and compatible pair of mappings, as well as, by using contractive inequalities of integral type and contractive ...

Combining PTEN protein assessment and transcriptomic profiling of prostate tumors, we uncovered a network enriched in senescence and extracellular matrix (ECM) programs associated with PTEN loss and conserved in a mouse model. We show that PTEN‐deficient cells trigger paracrine remodeling of the surrounding stroma and this information could help ...

In this paper, first we introduce notions of (α, Ψ)-contractive and (α)-admissible for a pair of map and prove a coupled coincidence point theorem for compatible mappings using these notions.

Aptamers are used both therapeutically and as targeting agents in cancer treatment. We developed an aptamer‐targeted PLGA–TRAIL nanosystem that exhibited superior therapeutic efficacy in NOD/SCID breast cancer models. This nanosystem represents a novel biotechnological drug candidate for suppressing resistance development in breast cancer.
