Epicatechin and quercetin enhanced healthspan in the C. elegans BR5270 tauopathy model, associated with the upregulation of autophagy‐related and α‐tubulin synthesis genes, and the downregulation of genes involved in the unfolded protein response. ABSTRACT The prevalence of cognitive disorders such as Alzheimer's disease (AD) is increasing due to the ...

Grape Seed Proanthocyanidins: A Potential Microbiome‐Targeted Intervention for Healthy Aging in Rats
Grape seed proanthocyanidin extract (GSPE) promotes a healthier gut phenotype in aged rats. Aging alters gut microbiota composition, increases inflammation, and compromises intestinal barrier function. This study shows that short‐term GSPE treatment in aged rats partially restores microbial diversity toward a youthful profile, modulates mucus‐related ...

Synthesis of ZIF‐8 and ZIF‐L on carbon fiber fabric for supercapacitor structural electrodes
Structural components can store energy as supercapacitors due to surface modification of carbon fiber with ZIF‐8 and ZIF‐L structures. Abstract One potential solution to the problem of energy storage in certain transportation vehicles is the development of multifunctional materials.

This study explores the phytotoxicity of Pinus pinea needle extracts and metabolites to evaluate their potential for controlling dicotyledonous weeds. A strategy based on GC–MS, NMR, and optical methods revealed an array of aromatic compounds which are of crucial interest for phytochemical research. Hence, a bio‐guided purification led to the isolation

Introduction of 9‐Bromo‐9‐Borafluorene Scaffold Into Deep Blue Emitting π‐Conjugated Polymers
Introduction of 9‐Bromo‐9‐Borafluorene in deep blue emitting π‐conjugated polymers for high quantum yield and enhanced fluorescence. ABSTRACT We report the first successful incorporation of 9‐bromo‐9‐borafluorene into a π‐conjugated co‐polymer consisting of 9,9‐silafluorene and 9,9‐dioctylfluorene units through a SiB exchange reaction.

The predatory effect of the honey‐buzzard affects the reproductive performance of Asian‐hornet colonies, decreasing the density of workers over distance and time. The foraging distances of the honey‐buzzard concentrates within the first 2000 m from nest, which supports the results observed.

Revisiting the Circular Economy Paradox: A Triple Bottom Line Perspective
ABSTRACT The Circular Economy (CE) has emerged as a transformative organizational paradigm designed to address the environmental limitations of linear production and consumption systems. Despite its growing prominence, there is ongoing debate about the extent to which CE truly embodies sustainability, particularly whether it adequately addresses the ...

Collective Dynamics of Urease‐Based Nanomotors in a Chemical Gradient
This study investigates the collective migration of urease‐based nanomotors in a urea gradient. It identifies three governing mechanisms: density‐driven convection, chemotactic response to urea, and a coupling effect arising from ion–gel interactions.

Kinetic Insights into the Supramolecular Polymerization of Perylenediimide‐Appended Dipeptides
The synthesis of dipeptide‐functionalized PDIs 1 and 2 has been accomplished, and their self‐assembly properties investigated. The dipeptide linkers facilitate the formation of diverse metastable monomeric species. However, these species have minimal influence on the supramolecular polymerization of PDIs 1 and 2.
