PRISONERS' COMPLAINTS The Republic of Croatia is a signatory of all documents on international human rights including the rights of prisoners. The capacity in prisons and penitentiaries is 3, 900 prisoners. During 2017, 4, 146 inmates (94.20% male and 5.80% female) served their prison sentence.
