Distributed Graph Simulation: Impossibility and Possibility [PDF]
This paper studies fundamental problems for distributed graph simulation. Given a pattern query Q and a graph G that is fragmented and distributed, a graph simulation algorithm A is to compute the matches Q(G) of Q in G.

Single‐molecule DNA flow‐stretch assays for high‐throughput DNA–protein interaction studies
We describe an optimised single‐molecule DNA flow‐stretch assay that visualises DNA–protein interactions in real time. Linear DNA fragments are tethered to a surface and stretched by buffer flow for fluorescence imaging. Using λ and φX174 DNA, this protocol enhances reproducibility and accessibility, providing a versatile approach for studying diverse ...

This protocol paper outlines methods to establish the success of a time‐resolved serial crystallographic experiment, by means of statistical analysis of timepoint data in reciprocal space and models in real space. We show how to amplify the signal from excited states to visualise structural changes in successful experiments.

Graph Drawing Techniques for Geographic Visualization [PDF]
Geovisualizers often need to represent data that consists of items related together. Such data sets can be abstracted to a mathematical structure, the graph.

A dual path graph neural network framework for dementia diagnosis
Dementia typically results from damage to neural pathways and the consequent degeneration of neuronal connections. Graph neural networks (GNNs) have been widely employed to model complex brain networks.

The dFoCC pipeline starts with observed DED and resting‐state coordinates, which are then used to generate a library of triggered states. Correlation analysis of the calculated DED features of each candidate vs observed DED permits quantitative evaluation of candidate structural quality.

Time‐restricted feeding (TRF) in mice increased liver fatty acid oxidation and decreased fatty acid biosynthesis. These alterations persisted when TRF was discontinued and the host was infected with Mycobacterium tuberculosis. Pre‐exposure to TRF did not alter tissue (lung and spleen) mycobacterial burden but significantly reduced CD3+ T cells in lungs

The Complementary Join of a Graph
The complementary join of a graph G is introduced in this paper as the join G+G of G and its complement considering them as vertex-disjoint graphs. The aim of this paper is to study some properties and some graph invariants of the complementary join of a graph. We find the diameter, the radius and the domination number of G + G and determine when G + G

In a murine model of myocardial ischemia and reperfusion (MI/R), the CD36 azapeptide ligand MPE‐298 reduces cardiac injury and transiently lowers left ventricular long‐chain fatty acids (LCFAs) accumulation 3 h after reperfusion, accompanied by a decrease of oxidative stress and inflammation‐associated genes' expression in the heart and adipose tissue.
