Exact solutions of Wu–Zhang equation via complete discrimination system for polynomial method
Modern Physics Letters A, 2023In this paper, the complete discrimination system for the polynomial method is applied to solve the Wu–Zhang system, and all the possible exact solutions are obtained, these exact solutions can be applied to the exploration of nonlinear physical phenomena, the method in this paper is different from the existing literature studies on the Wu–Zhang ...

The purpose of this study is to introduce the wave structures and dynamical features of the third-order nonlinear Schr\"{o}dinger equations (TONLSE). We take the original equation and, using the traveling wave transformation, convert it into the appropriate traveling wave system, from which we create a conserved quantity known as the Hamiltonian.

Proving Program Termination by Discoverer and Complete Discrimination System
2012 Fourth International Symposium on Information Science and Engineering, 2012Combined with the tools DISCOVERER and CDS, a method is presented to synthesize ranking functions of loop programs. It is shown that the problems of finding ranking functions can be converted to a simpler problem, which can be solved by the complete discrimination system of polynomials (CDS), when DISCOVERER generates only one condition.

Write the polynomial \(f(x)\) as \(f_1(x)+ if_2(x)\), where \(f_1\) and \(f_2\) have real coefficients. The authors give a method of determining the numbers of real zeros, pairs of complex conjugate zeros, and complex zeros with no conjugate (which can arise if \(f_2\) has some non-zero coefficients) of \(f\).

Finding multiple real roots by neural networks based on complete discrimination system of polynomial
2008 IEEE Conference on Cybernetics and Intelligent Systems, 2008A new method of solving the multiple real roots of polynomial by neural networks is proposed in this paper. This method combines the symbolic method with the numerical method. Based on the complete discrimination system of polynomial, the number and multiplicities of the distinct real roots of polynomials can be explicit determined.

Many promiscuous plasmids encode the antirestriction proteins ArdA (alleviation of restriction of DNA) that specifically affect the restriction activity of heterooligomeric type I restriction-modification (R-M) systems in Escherichia coli cells. In addition, a lot of the putative ardA genes encoded by plasmids and bacterial chromosomes are found as a ...
