Strong quasi k-ideals and the lattice decompositions of semirings with semilattice additive reduct
Here we introduce the notion of strong quasi k-ideals of a semiring in SL⁺ and characterize the semirings that are distributive lattices of t-k-simple(t-k-Archimedean) subsemirings by their strong quasi k-ideals.

Precipitation Simulations of the O‐Phase in Ti2AlNb Alloys Processed by Laser Powder Bed Fusion
Simulated and experimental evolution of the O‐phase volume fraction during postprocessing of a Ti‐21Al‐25Nb (at.%) alloy processed by laser powder bed fusion. With results of sensitivity to input parameters from a thorough and quantified analysis, the interfacial energy matrix/precipitate is the most relevant input parameter for the simulation of the O‐

We introduce a new approach that deals, jointly and in a unified manner, with the topics of numerical (continuous) representability of total preorders and interval orders. This setting is based on the consideration of increasing scales and the systematic

A Dislocation Perspective on Strength and Toughness in Ceramics
Dislocations in ceramics enjoy a long but yet under‐appreciated history. The three research waves for dislocations in ceramics highlight the topic evolution over the last 90 years. This review focuses on the impact of dislocation on strength and toughness in ceramics.

Relative multiplication and distributive modules [PDF]
summary:We study the construction of new multiplication modules relative to a torsion theory $\tau $. As a consequence, $\tau $-finitely generated modules over a Dedekind domain are completely determined.

A combined experimental–computational framework identifies energy‐dependent laser absorptivity for NiTi in laser powder‐bed fusion, applicable to conduction and transition modes. Single‐track experiments and thermofluid smoothed particle hydrodynamics simulations are coupled through inverse analysis of melt pool geometry.

Special Elements in the Lattice of Overcommutative Semigroup Varieties Revisited [PDF]
We completely determine all distributive, codistributive, standard, costandard, and neutral elements in the lattice of overcommutative semigroup varieties, thus correcting a gap in a previous paper. © 2010 Springer Science+Business Media B.V.The work was

Cevian operations on distributive lattices
v3 is the final version sent to the publisher.v2 removes a redundancy from the definition of a Cevian operation in v1.In Theorem 5.12, Idc should be replaced by Csc (especially on the G side). In Definition 2.3(2), P should be P^I.International audienceWe

This work shows that the mechanical performance of multimaterial digital light processing (DLP) printed thermoset composites is governed by resin compatibility and interfacial design rather than spatial patterning alone. Brittle and ductile resin combinations produced premature interfacial failure, while graded interfaces and mechanically compatible ...
