Successful Through Tubing Perforation in Dual String Completion

ADIPEC, 2022
Abstract In a dual completed well, a through tubing perforation experience from geologic and reservoir study to job execution, is presented. Job targets have been the maximization of the production gain from one production string and the reduction of possible issues associated to charges detonation for the second string.

Single-String Multi-Zone Completions In The Bahrain Field

Middle East Technical Conference and Exhibition, 1979
Abstract Oil in the Bahrain field is produced from 12 zones and natural gas is produced from 6 zones. Gas has been injected into the principal oil producing zones for pressure maintenance since 1938. Oil well completions between 1935 and 1967 were of two types: singles and duals, in which the ...

Completion Leak Repair with Corrosion Resistant CT Velocity String

SPE/ICoTA Well Intervention Conference and Exhibition, 2023
Abstract An operator company in Bolivia needed a solution to a corrosion and pressure integrity problem caused by the presence of CO2 gas in the production fluids, resulting in deep tubing corrosion over certain sections of completion components with measured penetrations up to 96% of tubing's wall thickness.

Bond Market Completeness Under Stochastic Strings with Distribution-Valued Strategies

SSRN Electronic Journal, 2015
We study bond market completeness under innite-dimension al models and show that, with stochastic string models, the market is complete if we consider strategies as generalized functions. We also obtain completeness for innite-dimension al HJM models within the stochastic string framework.

Complete relay protection of multi-string fuseless capacitor banks

Conference Record of the 2002 Annual Pulp and Paper Industry Technical Conference (Cat. No.02CH37352), 2003
The trend towards large fuseless shunt capacitor banks being employed in power systems is due to the lower cost, compact design, higher reliability with less exposed live parts, and lower losses. This paper describes a novel application of the impedance method to provide complete bank protection by measuring the impedance of each series string of the ...
