How to deal with complex anal fistula in an immunosuppressed patient

We describe a practical approach to the management of complex anal fistula in an immunocompromised patient. We define our treatment motifs: to close the internal opening, maintain external drainage until internal opening and tract healed; minimize sphincter damage.
