ABSTRACT Objectives Sedation during colonoscopy is becoming increasingly important. Remimazolam, an ultra‐short‐acting benzodiazepine, has a shorter pharmacokinetic half‐life than that of midazolam. This study examined whether remimazolam provides superior sedation during colonoscopy in Japanese patients.

Si3N4‐enhanced bioactive nanostructured adhesive wrap enables rapid conduit formation in wet environments, simplifying surgical procedures. Incorporated Si3N4 undergoes controlled hydrolysis within nanofibers, multi‐directionally modulating the peripheral nerve repair microenvironment for effective suture‐free repair.
