Free fermions with dephasing and boundary driving: Bethe Ansatz results

open access: yesSciPost Physics Core
By employing the Lindblad equation, we derive the evolution of the two-point correlator for a free-fermion chain of length $L$ subject to bulk dephasing and boundary losses.

Sturm-Liouville Problem for Stationary Differential Operator with Nonlocal Two-Point Boundary Conditions

open access: yesNonlinear Analysis, 2006
The Sturm-Liouville problem with various types of two-point boundary conditions is considered in this paper. In the first part of the paper, we investigate the Sturm-Liouville problem in three cases of nonlocal two-point boundary conditions.

Wedelolactone, a Novel TLR2 Agonist, Promotes Neutrophil Differentiation and Ameliorates Neutropenia: A Multi‐Omics Approach to Unravel the Mechanism

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
Wedelolactone (WED), a natural TLR2 agonist, promotes neutrophil differentiation and enhances bactericidal function, offering a potential therapeutic strategy for neutropenia. Using a multi‐omics approach, this study reveals that WED activates the TLR2/MEK/ERK pathway, upregulating key transcription factors (PU.1, CEBPβ) to drive neutrophil development.

Structure, Time Propagation and Dissipative Terms for Resonances

open access: yes, 2008
For odd anharmonic oscillators, it is well known that complex scaling can be used to determine resonance energy eigenvalues and the corresponding eigenvectors in complex rotated space.

A Versatile Three Dimensional Traction Force Microscopy Framework for Uncovering the Mechanics of Bio‐Adhesion

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
This study introduces a versatile platform for quantifying three dimensional traction forces at bio‐adhesive interfaces. Integrating in situ stereo‐digital image correlation with finite element simulations allows for precise measurement of microscale displacements and traction forces in both dry and wet conditions.

Inverse Spectral Problems for Tridiagonal N by N Complex Hamiltonians

open access: yesSymmetry, Integrability and Geometry: Methods and Applications, 2009
In this paper, the concept of generalized spectral function is introduced for finite-order tridiagonal symmetric matrices (Jacobi matrices) with complex entries.

The Linear Stability of the Responses of Axially Moving Beams Supported by an Intermediate Spring

open access: yesMATEC Web of Conferences, 2016
In the present paper, the stability investigation of the linear responses of axially travelling beams supported by an intermediate linear spring is performed numerically by means of searching linear complex eigenvalues.

Eigenvalue statistics of the real Ginibre ensemble

open access: yes, 2007
The real Ginibre ensemble consists of random $N \times N$ matrices formed from i.i.d. standard Gaussian entries. By using the method of skew orthogonal polynomials, the general $n$-point correlations for the real eigenvalues, and for the complex ...

Spectral Decomposition of Chemical Semantics for Activity Cliffs‐Aware Molecular Property Prediction

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
PrismNet mimics chemical intuition by functioning as a computational prism, refracting molecular graphs into complementary semantic views and spectral frequencies. This dual‐decomposition strategy effectively captures both global topologies and subtle “activity cliff” perturbations.

Eigenvalue bounds of the shift-splitting preconditioned singular nonsymmetric saddle-point matrices

open access: yesJournal of Inequalities and Applications, 2016
For singular nonsymmetric saddle-point problems, a shift-splitting preconditioner was studied in (Appl. Math. Comput. 269:947-955, 2015). To further show the efficiency of the shift-splitting preconditioner, we provide eigenvalue bounds for the nonzero ...
