This work provides the results of the complex relative dielectric permittivity e = e' − ie'' (CRP) measurement and nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR) response of the quartz powders and cores of different porosity at stepped moistening and drainage. It is shown that CRP and NMR responses are ambiguous functions on water.

Several techniques for measuring accurately the complex permittivity of ceramics using a Fabry-Perot resonator have been developed in millimeter frequency range. Accurate measurement became possible at 40-60 GHz by the three new techniques: 1. exact centering of the sample; 2. exact determination of the sample normal direction parallel to the resonator

Abstract In this paper, the expression of relative complex permittivity is deduced based on considering the effect of charged particle’s (electrons and ions) flow velocity. The theoretical deduction manifests that the relative complex permittivity is related to temperature, pressure and frequency, especially the flow velocity of charged particles. In

The relative permittivity, ??, and the dielectric loss tangent, tan?, of ceramics were measured in the frequency range of 30-110 GHz by Fabry-Perot resonator method. The measurement error of ?? was ± 0.5% and that of tan? was 1×10-5.

Relative complex permittivity and its dependence on frequency
World Journal of Engineering, 2017Purpose This paper aims to give a brief overview of dielectric properties, relative complex permittivity and its dependence on frequency. The significance of different approaches to complex permittivity is also discussed. Design/methodology/approach The different mechanisms of polarization are then presented.

The complex permittivity of PEDOT:PSS.
Journal of Chemical Physics, 2023High permittivity materials are required for efficient organic photovoltaic devices, and the addition of the conjugated polymer composite poly(3,4-ethylenedioxythiophen) polystyrene sulfonate (PEDOT:PSS) to dielectric polymers has been shown to ...
