Nanosecond infrared laser (NIRL) low‐volume sampling combined with shotgun lipidomics uncovers distinct lipidome alterations in oropharyngeal squamous cell carcinoma (OPSCC) of the palatine tonsil. Several lipid species consistently differentiate tumor from healthy tissue, highlighting their potential as diagnostic markers.

We show that the majority of the 18 analyzed recurrent cancer‐associated ERBB4 mutations are transforming. The most potent mutations are activating, co‐operate with other ERBB receptors, and are sensitive to pan‐ERBB inhibitors. Activating ERBB4 mutations also promote therapy resistance in EGFR‐mutant lung cancer.

Peroxidasin enables melanoma immune escape by inhibiting natural killer cell cytotoxicity
Peroxidasin (PXDN) is secreted by melanoma cells and binds the NK cell receptor NKG2D, thereby suppressing NK cell activation and cytotoxicity. PXDN depletion restores NKG2D signaling and enables effective NK cell–mediated melanoma killing. These findings identify PXDN as a previously unrecognized immune evasion factor and a potential target to improve

Lebesgue Spaces and Operators with Complex Gaussian Kernels
This paper examines the boundedness properties and Parseval-type relations for operators with complex Gaussian kernels over Lebesgue spaces. Furthermore, this study includes an exploration of the Gauss–Weierstrass semigroup, serving as a particular ...

A Class of Sequences Defined by Weak Ideal Convergence and Musielak-Orlicz Function
We introduced the weak ideal convergence of new sequence spaces combining an infinite matrix of complex numbers and Musielak-Orlicz function over normed spaces. We also study some topological properties and inclusion relation between these spaces.

Exploration of complex visual feature spaces for object perception
The mid- and high-level visual properties supporting object perception in the ventral visual pathway are poorly understood. In the absence of well-specified theory, many groups have adopted a data-driven approach in which they progressively interrogate ...

Aptamers are used both therapeutically and as targeting agents in cancer treatment. We developed an aptamer‐targeted PLGA–TRAIL nanosystem that exhibited superior therapeutic efficacy in NOD/SCID breast cancer models. This nanosystem represents a novel biotechnological drug candidate for suppressing resistance development in breast cancer.

New Results of Fixed-Point Theorems and Their Applications in Complete Complex Dc∗-Metric Spaces
The first objective of the present manuscript is to introduce the notion of complex-valued Dc∗-metric spaces as generalizing and improving the idea of D∗-metric spaces by using the context of complex-valued metric space and D∗-metric spaces.

Sustained Space Complexity [PDF]
Memory-hard functions (MHF) are functions whose evaluation cost is dominated by memory cost. MHFs are egalitarian, in the sense that evaluating them on dedicated hardware (like FPGAs or ASICs) is not much cheaper than on off-the-shelf hardware (like x86 CPUs).

Correlation of the differential expression of PIK3R1 and its spliced variant, p55α, in pan‐cancer
PIK3R1 undergoes alternative splicing to generate the isoforms, p85α and p55α. By combining large patient datasets with laboratory experiments, we show that PIK3R1 spliced variants shape cancer behavior. While tumors lose the protective p85α isoform, p55α is overexpressed, changes linked to poorer survival and more pronounced in African American ...
