String cohomology groups of complex projective spaces [PDF]
Let X be a space and write LX for its free loop space equipped with the action of the circle group T given by dilation. We compute the equivariant cohomology H^*(LX_hT; Z/p) as a module over H^*(BT; Z/p) when X=CP^r for any positive integer r and any ...

COMPLEX SUBMANIFOLDS OF ALMOST COMPLEX EUCLIDEAN SPACES [PDF]
We prove that a compact Riemann surface can be realized as a pseudo-holomorphic curve of $(\mathbb{R}^4,J)$, for some almost complex structure $J$ if and only if it is an elliptic curve. Furthermore we show that any (almost) complex $2n$-torus can be holomorphically embedded in $(\mathbb{R}^{4n},J)$ for a suitable almost complex structure $J$.

Topological complexity of 𝐻-spaces [PDF]

Monge-Amp\`ere exhaustions of almost homogeneous manifolds [PDF]
We consider three fundamental classes of compact almost homogeneous manifolds and show that the complements of singular complex orbits in such manifolds are endowed with plurisubharmonic exhaustions satisfying complex homogeneous Monge-Amp\`ere equations.

Intersection Space Constructible Complexes
We present an obstruction theoretic inductive construction of intersection space pairs, which generalizes Banagl's construction of intersection spaces for arbitraty depth stratifications. We construct intersection space pairs for pseudomanifolds with compatible trivial structures at the link fibrations; this includes the case of toric varieties.

Complex spaces of orphan care – a Russian therapeutic children's community
Institutions of orphan care are immensely complex spaces imbued with social and cultural norms, and can exhibit intricate power relations and particularly severe examples of surveillance.

Holomorphic curves in complex spaces [PDF]
We study the existence of topologically closed complex curves normalized by bordered Riemann surfaces in complex spaces. Our main result is that such curves abound in any noncompact complex space admitting an exhaustion function whose Levi form has at ...

Spaces of complex functions and vector measures in incomplete spaces
It is known that the space L1(μ) of complex functions which are integrable with respect to a vector measure μ taking values in a (not neessarily complete) locally convex space is not an ideal, in general. We discuss several natural properties which L1(μ)

Fixed Point Theorems in Complex Valued B-Metric Spaces
A complex-valued b-metric space is a generalization of a b-metric space in which its b-metric space has complex value. It can also be considered as a generalization of a complex-valued metric space. Hence, fixed point theorems that have been studied in b-
