In situ molecular organization and heterogeneity of the Legionella Dot/Icm T4SS
We present a nearly complete in situ model of the Legionella Dot/Icm type IV secretion system, revealing its central secretion channel and identifying new components. Using cryo‐electron tomography with AI‐based modeling, our work highlights the structure, variability, and mechanism of this complex nanomachine, advancing understanding of bacterial ...

On a Sum of More Complex Product-Type Operators from Bloch-Type Spaces to the Weighted-Type Spaces
The aim of the present paper is to completely characterize the boundedness and compactness of a sum operator defined by some more complex products of composition, multiplication, and mth iterated radial derivative operators from Bloch-type spaces to ...

Loop homology of spheres and complex projective spaces
In his Inventiones paper, Ziller (Invent. Math: 1-22, 1977) computed the integral homology as a graded abelian group of the free loop space of compact, globally symmetric spaces of rank 1. Chas and Sullivan (String Topology, 1999)showed that the homology

Cell wall target fragment discovery using a low‐cost, minimal fragment library
LoCoFrag100 is a fragment library made up of 100 different compounds. Similarity between the fragments is minimized and 10 different fragments are mixed into a single cocktail, which is soaked to protein crystals. These crystals are analysed by X‐ray crystallography, revealing the binding modes of the bound fragment ligands.

LCK metrics on complex spaces with quotient singularities
In this article we introduce a generalization of locally conformally Kaehler metrics from complex manifolds to complex analytic spaces with singularities and study which properties of locally conformally Kaehler manifolds still hold in this new setting ...

Complex-symmetric spaces [PDF]
A compact complex space X is called complex-symmetric with respect to a subgroup G of the group Aut 0 (X), if each point of X is isolated fixed point of an involutive automorphism of G. It follows that G is almost G 0 -homogeneous. After some examples we classify normal complex-symmetric varieties with G 0 reductive. It turns out that X is a product

In this study, we found that human cervical‐derived adipocytes maintain intracellular iron level by regulating the expression of iron transport‐related proteins during adrenergic stimulation. Melanotransferrin is predicted to interact with transferrin receptor 1 based on in silico analysis.

Non compact boundaries of complex analytic varieties in Hilbert spaces
We treat the boundary problem for complex varieties with isolated singularities, of complex dimension greater than or equal to 3, non necessarily compact, which are contained in strongly convex, open subsets of a complex Hilbert space H.We deal with the ...

On Complex-Valued Triple Controlled Metric Spaces and Applications
In this manuscript, we introduce the concept of complex-valued triple controlled metric spaces as an extension of rectangular metric type spaces. To validate our hypotheses and to show the usability of the Banach and Kannan fixed point results discussed ...
