Classification of the nucleolytic ribozymes based upon catalytic mechanism [version 1; peer review: 3 approved]

open access: yesF1000Research, 2019
The nucleolytic ribozymes carry out site-specific RNA cleavage reactions by nucleophilic attack of the 2′-oxygen atom on the adjacent phosphorus with an acceleration of a million-fold or greater.

Reciprocal control of viral infection and phosphoinositide dynamics

open access: yesFEBS Letters, EarlyView.
Phosphoinositides, although scarce, regulate key cellular processes, including membrane dynamics and signaling. Viruses exploit these lipids to support their entry, replication, assembly, and egress. The central role of phosphoinositides in infection highlights phosphoinositide metabolism as a promising antiviral target.

Software Reliability Estimate with Duplicated Components Based on Connection Structure

open access: yesCybernetics and Information Technologies, 2014
Reliability testing of complex software at the system level is impossible due to the environmental constraint or the time limitation, so its reliability estimate is often obtained based on the reliability of subsystems or components.

Three Dimensional Topological Field Theory induced from Generalized Complex Structure

open access: yes, 2004
We construct a three-dimensional topological sigma model which is induced from a generalized complex structure on a target generalized complex manifold. This model is constructed from maps from a three-dimensional manifold $X$ to an arbitrary generalized

Almost complex structures on complex projective spaces [PDF]

open access: yesTransactions of the American Mathematical Society, 1974
In this paper we classify the almost complex structures on a complex projective space as roots of a certain polynomial equation.

Spatiotemporal and quantitative analyses of phosphoinositides – fluorescent probe—and mass spectrometry‐based approaches

open access: yesFEBS Letters, EarlyView.
Fluorescent probes allow dynamic visualization of phosphoinositides in living cells (left), whereas mass spectrometry provides high‐sensitivity, isomer‐resolved quantitation (right). Their synergistic use captures complementary aspects of lipid signaling. This review illustrates how these approaches reveal the spatiotemporal regulation and quantitative

TP-GCL: graph contrastive learning from the tensor perspective

open access: yesFrontiers in Neurorobotics
Graph Neural Networks (GNNs) have demonstrated significant potential as powerful tools for handling graph data in various fields. However, traditional GNNs often encounter limitations in information capture and generalization when dealing with complex ...

Hematopoietic (stem) cells—The elixir of life?

open access: yesFEBS Letters, EarlyView.
The aging of HSCs (hematopoietic stem cells) and the blood system leads to the decline of other organs. Rejuvenating aged HSCs improves the function of the blood system, slowing the aging of the heart, kidney, brain, and liver, and the occurrence of age‐related diseases.

EDUCATIONAL AND METHODICAL COMPLEX OF CHAIR IN CHEMISTRY

open access: yesВысшее образование в России, 2022
The article differentiates the concept of an educational data set for a separate educational program and the concept of an educational and methodical complex of a chair. The contents of available educational complexes in chemistry is considered.
