Thermodynamics of III–V solutions with n components
Journal of Physics and Chemistry of Solids, 1973Abstract A method has been developed for the calculation of phase diagrams of III–V mixtures with more than three components. The equations for the chemical potentials, activity coefficients and the free energy of the mixture and for the liquidus- and iso-solidus-concentration lines are given.

It is shown that the experimental results do not conform either to the original or to the extended description, although the latter has some features that are to be found both in real fluids and in model systems.
