Slightly compatible polymer mixtures at equilibrium: phase composition, interfacial and diffusional properties

Polymer, 2001
Abstract An approximate solution is presented to the phase equilibrium problem for the case of a partially miscible polymer solution or a binary heteropolymer blend. It is based on the Flory–Huggins theory and is valid for mixtures well into the phase-separated region.

PROPERTIES AND COMPOSITION OF REPAIR MIXTURES FOR BRIDGE RENEWAL

Composite materials
The article provides a detailed review of modern repair mixtures used to restore bridge structures of various types. Particular attention is paid to the characteristics of the most popular materials, including polymer-cement, sulfate-resistant, mineral-reinforced and quick-hardening compositions.

Commercial Lipid Emulsions and All-in-One Mixtures for Intravenous Infusion - Composition and Physicochemical Properties

2014
In the 20th century, the potential clinical application of lipid emulsions (LEs) for intravenous application was extensively studied, and this goal was eventually accomplished. The first safe LE for clinical use that was based on soybean oil was introduced in 1961. In the 1980s, LEs based on mixtures of soybean oil and medium-chain triglycerides (MCTs)
