We developed a patient‐derived, functional microfluidic model of the diffuse midline glioma (DMG) blood–brain–tumor barrier (BBTB) comprised of endothelial cells, astrocytes, pericytes, and tumor cells. The system forms perfusable microvasculature, reveals the BBTB retains vascular integrity, identifies DMG‐specific transcriptomic changes distinct from

ObjectiveGiven potential low-velocity impact risks faced by yachts during navigation, particularly in key structural areas such as the bow and hull sides, there is a greater demand for materials with enhanced impact resistance.

A water‐activated phospholipid phase‐separation gel is repurposed as a drug‐free surgical barrier for postoperative adhesion prevention. Propylene glycol promotes rapid lamellar gel reinforcement, prolonged local retention, and tissue coverage, while phosphatidylcholine‐mediated immunomodulation suppresses inflammatory and fibrotic responses. This dual‐

The composition effect on the bowing parameter in the cubic InGaN, AlGaN and AlInN alloys
Numerical simulation based on FP-LAPW calculations is applied to study direct and indirect band gap energy of the cubic AlxGa1-xN, InxGa1-xN and InxAl1-xN alloys. The direct and indirect band-gap bowing parameter is also calculated, and the values obtained are very important, as we find a strong dependence of the bowing parameter on the composition.

Visual teach‐and‐repeat (VTR) navigation allows robots to learn and follow routes without building a full metric map. We show that navigation accuracy for VTR can be improved by integrating a topological map with error‐drift correction based on stereo vision.

This study identified Danofloxacin as a novel supporter of the maintenance of mouse embryonic stem cell (ESC) pluripotency. It functions partially by inhibiting HDAC1, which increases specific histone acetylation marks and activates key genes like Tert and Prdm10.

CD9+ B Cells Induce T Follicular Helper Cell Apoptosis to Regulate Germinal Center Regression
A unique subset of CD9+ B cells regulates germinal center B (GC‐B) cell regression by inducing T follicular helper (Tfh) cell apoptosis through multiple signaling pathways, such as ALCAM‐CD6. FOXP1 plays a key role in GC‐B cell differentiation. These findings clarify mechanisms of GC degeneration and termination and offer potential targets for adenoid ...

Anti‐PD‐1/PD‐L1 blockade has revolutionized cancer immunotherapy, but is ineffective against endocrine‐treated (i.e., Tamoxifen), relapsed ER+ breast cancer (BC) patients. This study provides insight into the sub‐optimal response of ER+BCs to anti‐PD‐1/PD‐L1 blockade – highlighting the induction of STING and the CEACAM1/TIM3 axis after chronic ...

IGFBP4 is upregulated in granulosa cells of aged ovaries across monkeys, mice, and humans. It inhibits YAP signaling, thereby suppressing cell proliferation and contributing to follicular dysfunction. Deletion of Igfbp4 in granulosa cells enhances ovulatory output, improves hormone profiles, and reproductive performance in aged female mice, suggesting ...
