Composite lymphoma with relapse of enteropathy-type T-cell lymphoma
Leukemia and Lymphoma, 2009We describe an unusual case of with de novo composite diffuse large B-cell lymphoma and enteropathy-type T-cell lymphoma involving the duodenum in a 65-year-old man with celiac disease. A segmental duodenum resection revealed that two neoplastic components had infiltrated the intestinal wall.

A case of composite lymphoma in a young female is described. The patient was found to have lymphocyte-predominant Hodgkin's disease at presentation, but subsequent staging laparotomy revealed coexistent but distinct Hodgkin's disease and diffuse large cell lymphoma in the spleen.

Histopathology, 1991We report a case of composite lymphoma heralded by a hyper‐eosinophilia syndrome. Combination of immuno‐phenotyping and gene rearrangement analysis allowed us to confirm malignancy and to detect a minor oligoclone B within a malignant T‐cell predominant population.

Pathogenesis, diagnosis, and treatment of composite lymphomas
The Lancet Oncology, 2014In rare instances, two distinct lymphomas concurrently occur in a patient. Such composite lymphomas can be combinations of two non-Hodgkin lymphomas or a combination of a non-Hodgkin lymphoma and a Hodgkin's lymphoma. Composite lymphomas pose a particular diagnostic challenge, and there are currently no agreed standards for treatment.
